Hello John,
The TFR rod is pointing to many areas in the tunnels which I have not excavated as if yet because ive been concentrating on the 1st area i found.
I assume the TFR rod works better underground because there is little to no interference from the sun's effects as you had mentioned to me.
I am also using your Ghost Evader filter to help cut out any interference from the mineralization thats present. I just walked through the tunnel and the TFR-2’s Rod spun like crazy over the floor. (See photo attached of my first discovery)
I brushed away the dirt on the floor and there it was, a gold vein in blueish green clay that follows a Quartz vein thats getting wider as I dig straight deeper. The vein was 1/4 inch wide when i first found it. After I excavated down another 3 feet, the vein is now over 1 inch wide and the gold is getting bigger, wider and more dense within the clay. Which is good news.
I have yet to use all the sample capsules underground but I'm looking forward to exploring it with the Gem Hunter, Cavity Locator, Cache Hunter and Meteorite Hunter Accessory capsules I purchased from you.
The area has a lot of meteorites. It's right by Hells Canyon which is famous for meteorites. I saw many green meterors explode in the atmosphere last night. The tunnels could have cavities loaded with gems. Hopefully blue sapphires. Or the old timers could have hid there treasures in the walls or floors before they left for WW2.
I don't know but I'm excited about the possibilities. I think I hit the jack pot with this mine and the TFR rod.
Thank you again for all your tech support and your advice. J.Valler Butte, Montana
